A scribbler in asylum

Where do see a scribble often?
you could have said it right
had you ever gone to public toilet.

But there was a heck of a scribbler
the whole world was his giant slate.
reluctant to take responsibility,
everybody scold him, reformists
wanted  him in asylum- so does he-
into the scribbler's paradise.

They would allocate every day
entirely to him- uninterrupted-
only sleep, nibble and scribble.

That would put our hero
into his full mental health again.
